IND24 was founded in 2015 under the ownership of Arpan Media Pvt. Ltd. the youngest Satellite News Channel in Madhyapradesh and Chhattishgarh . The network is headed by Director cum Channel Head Navin Purohit .

The network began digital broadcasting its programming in May 2015. The channel established itself as a news channel with a difference and became very popular in record time of just one year .
