The channel provides an eclectic mix of programmes, including guided meditation, songs, talks by experts on self-improvement and the practical application of spirituality in various walks of life, besides cultural programmes and panel discussions where viewers can get solutions to their various problems in life. </p><p>There are also first-person accounts by well-known people who have used spirituality in their life and found that it works.</p>
