Imedi TV (ტელეკომპანია "იმედი") is a satellite television station from Tbilisi, Georgia, providing News and Entertainment shows. In addition to locally produced newscasts and talk shows, Imedi TV airs Georgian and foreign feature films, television series, documentaries and animated films.

Imedi TV was founded in 2001 and has been broadcasting since March 15, 2003.

Today, Imedi TV is the leader of the Georgian television space and enjoys the great trust and interest of the viewers. Imedi TV's consultants at the initial stage of the company's establishment were: journalist Vladimir Posner, the American consulting company 'Quadrant Entertainment Group' and the Norwegian company 'Teleplan'.

Imedi TV is equipped with the latest generation of equipment and provides the territory of Georgia with a high quality TV signal.
